Most clients actually save money working with us. Between trade discounts on furniture and materials, avoiding costly purchasing mistakes, and having a project managed properly so nothing has to be redone — the investment often pays for itself. We're happy to talk through budget on your discovery call.
Absolutely. I work with what you love and build around it. Part of our process is understanding what stays, what goes, and what needs to be found so nothing feels wasted.
Every project is different depending on scope, but most full-home projects run between 3 to 6 months from concept to completion. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated every step of the way.
Forget markups. I actively generate mark downs (up to 20%), and we split the savings 50/50 with you. We partner with you to save money, helping your design fee practically pay for itself.
Not at all. We handle the day-to-day. We'll need you for key decisions and approvals which we make easy and clear but your life doesn't stop because your home is being designed.
That's exactly what the concept development phase is for. You don't need to come in with a Pinterest board. You just need to tell us how you want your home to feel and we'll do the rest.
