A few rooms that left a mark

— The Approach

Every room, every detail,
designed on purpose.

Complete Design is exactly what it sounds like. I take your home from a blank slate or a (frustrating one) all the way to a finished, fully-installed space you walk into and recognize as yours.

This isn't a moodboard service. It isn't "here are some ideas, good luck." Every layout, every finish, every fixture, every piece of furniture, every light, every paint color chosen, drawn, sourced, rendered, and coordinated by me.

I lead the process. You're not managing vendors, second-guessing finishes, or trying to remember what you decided three weeks ago. You're hiring me to take it on to listen carefully, design deliberately, and bring back a design that already feels like yours.

The result is a home that didn't happen by accident, but rather by design

What's Included

One designer. One process. The whole thing.

01

Concept Development & Style Refinement

A clear creative direction built from your taste, your references, and the feeling you want every room to have.

02

Space Planning & Floor Plans

Laser-measured plans, furniture layout, and traffic flow worked out down to the inch before anything gets ordered.

03

3D Renderings

Photoreal renderings of every room so you see the space before you live in it. No guessing, no hoping.

04

Furniture & Decor Selection

Every piece selected for scale, function, and feel. Trade pricing applied where available.

05

Color & Material Selection

Flooring, tile, countertops, paint, hardware, and finishes. Sourced, specified, and presented for approval.

06

Layered Lighting Design

Ambient, task, and accent lighting plans that change how your home feels at every hour of the day.

07

Procurement

I order everything, track it, receive it, and handle the inevitable chaos so you never have to.

08

Project Management & Contractor Coordination

I run point with your contractors and trades so the design actually gets built the way it was drawn.

The Process

Considered. Deliberate. Never a surprise.

01

Discovery

We start with a deep conversation about how you live, what's not working, and what you actually want. I take measurements, photos, and notes so nothing gets missed.

02

Concept & Direction

I go away and do focused design work. Then I come back with a clear creative direction, palette, and space plans. We refine it together until it feels unmistakably yours.

03

3D Renderings & Reviews

Every room rendered photorealistically. We walk through it together on a live call so you see exactly what you're getting before a single thing is ordered.

04

Sourcing & Procurement

Once you approve, I order everything. Furniture, fixtures, finishes, decor. I track it, receive it, and handle the chaos so you don't have to.

05

Install Day

You leave for the day. You come back to a finished home that looks exactly like the renderings, and somehow even better in person.

Im Edgar Alejandro. I design homes that feel like the people who live in them.

Design is in my DNA
My journey into design didn't start in a studio. It started since I could remember. When I was 10 years old, I setup a miniature store made of wooden scraps and blankets and during my teens I played Minecraft. While others were out hunting monsters, I was meticulously gathering materials to build homes, neighborhoods and anything that came to mind. That childhood obsession with "what could be" never left me; it just grew up.

From games to real world
I’ve traded digital blocks for real-world textures, builds and floor plans. After earning my degree in Interior Design and honing my skills at a hotel design firm, I realized my true calling was personal… creating spaces that make people genuinely happy.

My American Dream
In 2022, I followed my entrepreneurial spirit and launched my own practice. I believe a home should be more than just a place to live it should be a creative reflection of the person inside it. My goal is simple: to combine professional expertise with a designer’s eye to build a space you love coming home to.

Everything you’re probably wondering.

  • That's the flat design fee all of my time, drawings, renderings, sourcing, and project oversight from start to install. Furniture, materials, and contractor labor are separate and billed at cost or with full transparency. No markups hiding in the fine print.

  • Most full-room projects run 8–14 weeks from kickoff to install. Whole-home projects run 4–12 months depending on scope, lead times, and any construction involved. Honestly it’s really dependent on how fast you are to making decisions. Nonetheless I give you a clear timeline before we start.

  • Forget markups. I actively generate mark downs (up to 20%), and we split the savings 50/50 with you. We partner with you to save money, helping your design fee practically pay for itself.

  • Not at all. We handle the day-to-day. We'll need you for key decisions and approvals which we make easy and clear but your life doesn't stop because your home is being designed.

  • That's exactly what the concept development phase is for. You don't need to come in with a Pinterest board. You just need to tell us how you want your home to feel and we'll do the rest.

  • This particular package is offered as a complete service because everything works together. Separating the services leads to gaps, inconsistencies, and more stress for you. The magic is in the full process. Check out my consultation only service!

  • I'm based in Los Angeles and work across Southern California. For projects outside SoCal, I take them on selectively and we'll talk about it on the call.

  • No. I have a network I trust and can recommend, but if you have your own contractor or want to bring trades you've worked with before, we make it work. I coordinate with whoever's on the team.

  • +

I review your application, then book a discovery call (usually within 48 hours) to talk about your space, your goals, and whether we're a fit. If we are, I send a proposal with timeline and scope. If we're not, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.

Let’s design something worth coming home to.

Application takes two minutes. I personally review every one.
